From choosing to the door, and what happens after. Typical delivery within our own radius is 2 hours.

Every product on the shelf has been bought by us from a named grower, inspected on arrival and graded before it was offered to you. What you see is what is physically in our warehouse today; when a crate sells through, the product disappears from the shelf rather than being promised and substituted.

Add from the shelf or a product page and adjust quantities in the basket. The basket is kept on this device until you check out, and quantities are limited to what is actually on the shelf. On a phone the basket is always one tap away in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

You see your order with its photographs, the address it is going to and when it will arrive. Add a tip for your driver if you wish — it is never pre-selected, and it goes to them in full.
The moment you place the order, your items are taken from specific crates and reserved for you. Nobody else can be sold the same last pack.

Your confirmation opens straight onto the tracker, and your receipt email carries a link back to it. It shows what is genuinely happening in our warehouse — not a timer.
The tracker shows the time we promised and, if we are running late, says so plainly. The crate numbers your order was picked from are listed too — each names the grower, the day it was cut and the inspection it passed.

We buy only from growers whose farms and food-safety certification we have reviewed, and we inspect every delivery before it can be sold. Produce is graded on arrival: only what meets our standard reaches the shelf, and what does not is refused at our dock at our cost, not yours.
Our shelf is turned continuously. Every crate is held at the temperature its produce needs — cold for leaves and berries, cool rather than cold for tropical fruit, which is damaged by refrigeration — and leaves well within its window.
When it arrives: refrigerate leafy greens, herbs, curry leaves and berries at once, and chicken, eggs, fish and shrimp straight into the fridge or freezer. Keep mango, bananas, jackfruit, avocado, tomatoes and sweet potato out of the refrigerator until ripe; they keep their flavour and texture at cool room temperature. Each product’s health sheet carries its own tip.

Tell us. Use Something wrong? on your order tracker, or reach the team directly. Because every item is traced to its crate, we can usually see what happened before we reply.
Once an order is delivered you can also leave a review. Reviews are read by the team before they are published.
